Be Nice To Yourself

Always remember that it’s ok to feel like you’re not ok.

You’re only human.

So take a break, have some tea, sit in silence or with something soothing on, light a candle, don’t talk, and relax.

Really and truly relax.

Take a breather then come back and do it again.
