The Great Outdoors

Taking time out to allow for some headspace and time to reflect. I do this best by enjoying the great outdoors. Whether it’s a drive out to explore beautifully landscaped gardens or the local park. Something magical about being out in the fresh air for much needed self care and it has added physical benefits too.

It’s free and can be be a nice leisurely walk or a quick pace one to get the heartbeat up!!
