I know you are reading this because you are probably feeling overwhelmed and low. You internalise things and often feel like you have the weight of the world on your shoulders.

Well, then it’s a good idea you wrote this to yourself! To remind yourself that it’s ok to feel this way and to BREATHE.

Remember that you are not in control but rather Allah is in control of all affairs.

Don’t be hard on yourself if you haven’t done everything on your to-do list.

Take the time to stop and reflect on what you have been doing. You can’t do everything, you’re only human. Turn the negative self-doubt into positive affirmations and remember you are enough as Allah the creator created you.

Use your gratitude jar daily and don’t miss a day out. You know that when you take the time to write about something you are grateful for it forces you to always think about the good in your life and having that mindset daily erases any stressors as you will see them as being irrelevant.

You need to know that you are exactly where you are supposed to be.The problem is that you are always in a hurry for things to happen but everything will fall into place and Allah takes care of all affairs

Here are a few things that will help you feel a little better.

Read your favourite book you know you’re going to enjoy!

Spend time with your family or go out for a walk to clear your mind and relax your soul.

Say Alhamdulillah & make Dua’a to Allah and know that he is near, as He is closer to you than your jugular vein.
