It’s so important to look after yourself and your well-being, these days there are so many day to day stressors whether that is work or personal circumstance. For me, I look after myself in lots of different ways.

I use exercise and going to the gym to manage my stress and to zone out from life sometimes, but a big part of my well-being is spending time with family and friends, speaking to people about what’s been going on is a great release for me, and the last thing I think is important for me is having breaks from work, even if it’s a day out doing something I like once in a while it gives me something to look forward to so that helps dealing with everyday life when it gets stressful!
