Selfcare is vital for my wellbeing and emotional health! It meets so many of my emotional needs, which helps me to feel balanced and at peace on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.

Taking on the #365daysofselfcare challenge in 2018 helped me to recognise that there are many ways I take care of myself – walking, reading, painting, photography, travelling, being mindful in the moment, star gazing, being in nature, being fully present in the company of friends and family, enjoying my morning cup of coffee.

It’s really about listening to what my body, mind and soul needs in that moment and trusting myself to receive it.
